We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

1 - Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The original packaging must be intact and unopened to ensure product safety and compliance with food regulations.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2 - How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bogna-fruits.com with your order details. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  • For customers in the European Union (EU):
    Returns should be sent to the following address:

  • For customers in the United States (USA) and United Kingdom (UK):
    Please contact us for the return address, as it may vary depending on your location.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3 - Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bogna-fruits.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


4 - Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but if you’d like a different item, you can return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
